Dunhuang Lanzhou beef noodles is one of the "Top Ten Noodles in China, originated from Lanzhou, Gansu Province. It is has won the praise of customers in China and even all over the world for its "one clear (clear soup), two white (white radish), three red (red chili oil), four green (green onions) and five yellow (yellow bright hand-pulled noodles)".
It has been awarded as one of the top three Chinese fast food by the Chinese Cuisine Association and is known as the "Number 1 Ranking Chinese Noodle".
